The Bressan family

The cellar is newly built, half of its surface area is underground, a very important element in order to maintain a constant temperature throughout the year. Inside we find modern winemaking machinery and thermo-conditioned tanks that allow constant temperature control for wine conservation.

We have recently completed the new tasting room to welcome visitors to the World Heritage hills.

Our winery only transforms grapes from its own vineyards; it is in fact there that the product that will then be processed until it reaches the bottle has its origin, so cultivation tasks such as green pruning or thinning out the bunches of grapes must be carried out meticulously and exclusively by hand.

The steepness of our vineyards does not allow access to machinery, which is why it takes many hours per hectare to get the final product, however it is rewarded with absolute superior quality.
