WINE MAKING
Manual harvesting and soft pressing of the grapes, the must therefore obtained is fermented for approximately 10 days at a temperature of 18-20° C; the wine is left to rest until January, clarification of the wine takes place naturally and does not follow filtration.

APPEARANCE
Straw yellow colour with appealing greenish notes
TASTE
The flavour has an acidic freshness followed by a pleasant tanginess and a pleasant bitter note reminiscent of almonds at the finish.
BOUQUET
It has a light fragrance reminiscent of green apple and acacia flowers.
Ideal with tuna carpaccio, raw fish and shellfish.
