This sparkling wine is made from grapes from four different vineyards of our property thereby taking characteristics of different soils and climates, resulting in a wine with a very delicate bubble that is more like a semi-sparkling wine.

Pale straw yellow colour.
TASTE
Strong and slightly aromatic due to the small amount of Chardonnay contained in the cuvée.
BOUQUET
Slightly aromatic, reminiscent of pineapple and peach.
Ideal with steak tartar or raw meat and fish based dishes.
