It is made at an altitude of 380 metres above sea level, from a single small vineyard in the heart of Farra di Soligo facing South-Southwest and harvested strictly by hand. The soil is marly and confers a high degree of minerality to the product. The sparkling process always takes place at a controlled temperature to preserve the characteristics from the must to the foam setting.

Organoleptic characteristics
APPEARANCE
Bright greenish yellow colour with a fine and numerous perlage.
TASTE
On the palate, its sweetness and smoothness are complemented by an extraordinary freshness and surprising sapidity. It has a wonderful taste balance that makes it intense and persistent.
BOUQUET
Quite complex, intense and fine nose with a dominant fruitiness of pear and intriguing floral notes of acacia, a plant-based and mineral streak.
Food pairings
It goes very well with smoked sturgeon, caviar and pâté, spaghetti with lobster, prawns in cocktail sauce or semi-mature cheese and cured meats.
